Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response
The Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief group is aimed at military and civilian personnel with an interest in response to natural disasters and complex emergencies in a humanitarian relief role.
It is recognised that many search and technical rescue disciplines are involved in HADR; a role that is expected to grow over the next 30 years, as climate change, urban development and population growth impact on societies across the globe.
